A nice piece, I really like the witch theme. I also like the original twist on the witch, not giving her an hourglass figure and making her body type more believable, well done on that.

Now to the one thing I can't stand in this picture: the hands. They don't look right, especially the one of the broomstick. It looks very unnatural and forced, almost like she's a porcelain doll. And also, the left arm (from the perspective of me and anyone else who looks at this picture) the arm (not the forearm) is way to tiny. For a woman of this size, it has to plumper, and bigger. It looks odd, and throws off the whole picture.

Overall, the picture is nice except for the details I mentioned. I like the eyes and the shading. The color choice is done nicely as well.
